I have ate lobster in Hong Kong, and the U.S, but never in China, here's some thought, I went to legal sea food some years ago, their steamed lobster is OK, but you can eat it any where in the U.S, and the taste will be the same. The best lobster I had was the broiled lobster from Don Pepe, in NJ, the lobster was from Maine, and it was huge, around 4 pounds, like I said, it was the best tasting lobster I've ever had, may be it's because they cooked it Spanish way. The best Austrilian lobster I've had was in HK, forgot where it was, but it was baked cheese lobster, so delicious, now all I have to do is go to the supermarket, and buy two lobsters and steam them tonight, because I just made myself hungry writing about it.
